Care and use of Frying Plate 70cm:

1. Before first use the plate needs to be seasoned according to the following instructions.
2. Clean the inside with warm water.
3. Pour 1 cm of cooking fat/oil in to the plate and heat it for 5 minutes.
4. Pour out the cooking fat/oil and wipe the plate with paper towel.
5. It is now ready to be used, the more its used the better it will become.

• Note, the plate is not dishwasher safe.
